Instructions for registration to Tango al Sur

  • Registrations will be attended to in strict order as they are received exclusively through this registration form. The event has a limited capacity that cannot be exceeded, due to the dimensions of the event venue.
  • The registration form can be completed individually or in couple (leader/follower). It is not necessary to complete one form per person if you are a couple. The option to register individually and later be assigned a partner, or to register individually and be assigned as a partner of a previously registered person, will not be allowed.
    All tickets reserved under the same registration will be saved and identified in the name of the person that made the registration. This person will be the only one authorized to collect all the tickets included in the registration at the festival reception.
  • Registration for the event may be as a couple (leader/follower) or individually.
    If you make an individual registration, you will enter the waiting list until someone in the opposite role signs up. This measure is taken for avoid a significant imbalance between the number of “leader” and “follower” roles, to ensure the best enjoyment of all dancers.
    Registrations that include Pack Milongas or most number of milongas will have priority. To
    confirm the reservation, there must be availability of places in the requested role.
  • Once you send your registration data through the form, you will receive an automatic email confirming that the form was completed correctly. Please check your inbox or SPAM folder in case you do not receive it (especially if your email is Hotmail) and check that the contact information you have provided is correct, so that we can send you a response. If you can not find this automatic e-mail, please write to info@tangoalsur.com reporting this situation.
  • After this step and after a few days we will contact you via e-mail to confirm the reservation of places or if your request is in the waiting list, and we will send you the information so that you can make the payment within 7 calendar days. During this period the reservation will be temporarily saved, once completed without having received payment the reservation will be cancelled, and in this case a new reservation must be made to request the activities again.
  • Once we have received the payment into the account, we will send you an email confirming payment. The reservation of places will only be confirmed once payment is received.
  • Payment method: Bank Transfer. For any other option, contact the organization. The name provided in the registration must be indicated in the transfer.
  • The registration is definitively associated with the declared role (leader/follower), and it will not be possible to transfer tickets between different roles. If you wish to make a change of person or role in a registration, you must inform the organization in advance and wait for confirmation about the possibility of the change.

Registration cancellation policy

  • Until September 5Th, 2024 (inclusive): 100% refund, less transfer costs.
  • From September 6 Th to September 14, 2024 (inclusive): 50% refund, less transfer fees.
  • From September 15 Th, 2024 (inclusive): you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Cancellation requests will be processed exclusively by email and the previous dates will be taken into account depending on the date of receipt of the cancellation request email.

Exceptions

  •  In case of changes of the event due to causes external to the organization, the amount corresponding to the canceled activities that are not held will be refunded. For the rest of the activities that are maintained, the standard return policy will apply.
  • In case of total cancellation of the event, the amount will be refunded or the possibility of the amount paid being reserved for a future event will be offered.
