REGISTRATION
Instructions for registration for Tango al Sur
- Registrations will be processed strictly in the order they are received, exclusively through this registration form. The event has limited capacity, which cannot be exceeded due to the size of the venue.
- The registration form must be completed individually or in couple (leader/follower). It is not necessary to complete a form per person if you are coming as a couple. Registering individually and then being assigned a partner, or registering individually and then being assigned a partner by someone who has already registered, will not be permitted.
- All tickets reserved under the same registration will be saved and identified in the name of the person making the registration. This person will be the only one authorized to collect all tickets included in the registration at the event reception.
- Registration for the event can be done as a couple (leader/follower) or individually.
If registering individually, you will be placed on a waiting list until someone in the opposite role registers. This measure is necessary to avoid a significant imbalance between the number of “leader” and “follower” roles, thus ensuring the best possible experience for all attendees. - Registrations that include the Milonga Pack or a greater number of milongas will be given priority. To confirm your reservation, there must be availability in the requested role.
- Once you submit your registration information through the form, you will receive an automated email confirming that your submission was successful. Please check your inbox or spam folder if you don’t receive it (especially if your email is a Hotmail address). It is also necessary to verify that the contact information you provided is correct so we can send you a reply. If you do not receive this automated email, please contact info@tangoalsur.com to report the issue.
After this step, and after a few days, we will contact you via email to confirm your reservation or to let you know if your request is on hold. We will then send you the payment details, which you will have 7 calendar days to complete. Your reservation will be temporarily held during this period. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the reservation will be canceled, and you will need to register again to request the activities.
Once we have received your payment, we will send a payment confirmation email. Your reservation will only be confirmed once payment is received.
- Payment method: Bank transfer. For any other option, please consult with the organizers. In the transfer details, please include the name provided during registration.
- Registration is permanently associated with the declared role (leader/follower), and tickets cannot be transferred between different roles. If it is necessary to change the person or role on a registration, the organizers must be notified in advance, and confirmation regarding the possibility of the change must be awaited.
Registration cancellation policy
- Until September 4Th, 2026 (inclusive): 100% refund, less transfer costs.
- From September 5 Th to September 13, 2026 (inclusive): 50% refund, less transfer fees.
- From September 14 Th, 2026 (inclusive): you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Cancellation requests will be processed exclusively by email and the previous dates will be taken into account depending on the date of receipt of the cancellation request email.
- If you cancel a registration made as a couple, it will be canceled for both members of the couple.
Exceptions
- In case of changes of the event due to causes external to the organization, the amount corresponding to the canceled activities that are not held will be refunded. For the rest of the activities that are maintained, the standard return policy will apply.
- In case of total cancellation of the event, the amount will be refunded or the possibility of the amount paid being reserved for a future event will be offered.
