REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Instructions for registration to Tango al Sur

  • Registrations will be considered by strict order of arrival exclusively through this registration form.
  • The registration form can be completed individually or as a couple. It is not necessary to fill out a form per person. All entries that are reserved under the same registration will be saved and identified in the name of the person making the registration. This person will be the one authorized to collect all tickets at the same time in the festival reception.
  • The registration to workshops is a priority as a couple, if you do not have a partner you can register and we will try to help you find it.
  • Once you send your information using our registration form, you will receive an automatic automatic confirmation by e-mail. Please check your inbox or SPAM folder in case you do not receive it and check that the contact information you have provided is correct, in order to send you a response. If you do not receive this automic response, please send us a message to info@tangoalsur.com to let us know.
  • After this step and after a few days we will contact you via e-mail to confirm the reservation of your places and we will send you the data so you can make the payment within 7 calendar days. During this period the reservation will be temporarily saved, once it has been completed
    once the 7-day period has expired without having received the payment, the reservation will be canceled, and in this case, a new reservation must be made to start the process again.
  • Once we have received the payment, we will send you an e-mail confirmation of payment, which we recommend that you take printed when you go to collect your tickets at the door of the festival.
  • Payment method: Bank transfer. For any other option, communicate with the organization. In the transfer you must indicate the name provided in the registration.

Registration cancellation policy

  • Until 1/9/19 (included): 100% refund, except transfer costs.
  • From 2 al 14/9/19, 2018 (included): 50% refund, except transfer costs.
  • As 15/09/19 (included): No refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation requests will be addressed exclusively by email and the previous deadlines will be taken into account depending on the date of receipt of the cancellation request e-mail.
